Pozdně gotická vazba tepelského původu. Dřevěné desky potažené světlou kůží, zdobené slepotiskem s ornamentálními a rostlinnými motivy. Na přední desce štítek s rubrikovou signaturou R 10 (poč. 16. století). Dochovány dvě kompletní měděné tepané háčkové spony v kožených úponech. Na hřbetu nalepena bílá kůže. Na hlavici hřbetu nadepsán zkrácený titul, uprostřed původní klášterní signatura I.Z.6 a na patě hřbetu část původní klášterní signatury 19. |
